Kenyan gospel singer Betty Bayo has been making headlines after a photo of her with Kikuyu musician Ben Githae emerged, sparking rumors of a secret affair.
Bayo, who parted ways with her husband Pastor Victor Kanyari in 2015, has hinted at finding new love, but never disclosed the identity of her new partner.
However, the recent photo of her with Ben Githae has seemingly answered fans' questions about her new relationship.
Bayo captioned the photo: 'If God can take away something you never expected losing, he can replace it with something you've never imagined having.'
But Ben Githae has come out to address the allegations, rubbishing claims of a secret affair with Bayo.
In an interview with The Nairobian, Githae clarified that he and Bayo have a professional relationship, working on a collabo piece together.
'I don't know much about Betty. In fact, I don't know her boyfriend and I don't want to know anything about it. I'm a settled family man. For now, we are working on a song together. In fact, people should not interpret that to mean other things, and those asking should know we are just working on a hit, nothing else.'
Githae's denial comes after he was exposed for impregnating a 31-year-old woman with twins before fleeing after realizing she was pregnant with their children.
