While Mdee's reasons for quitting the music industry may seem unclear, fans are convinced that her current relationship with Nigerian-American rapper Rotimi may have everything to do with her recent decision. A fan reached out to blogger Edgar Obare sharing snippets from an interview done by Rotimi's ex-girlfriend Christina Rogers. In the interview, Rogers revealed how Rotimi became domineering and violent in their relationship, prompting her to walk out.
