As the world adjusts to the new normal, many working parents have had to find innovative solutions to homeschool their children. For one man, the answer was to hire an in-house tutor, but his decision would soon spark a heated argument with his wife, Shiro.
According to the man, he was thrilled to have found a solution to his homeschooling woes, and he enlisted the services of his niece's friend, Lizzie, to help with his children. Lizzie, a professional teacher, offered to come to the house twice a week for two hours a day, all for Sh8,000 a month.
However, Shiro was not pleased with the arrangement, and she felt betrayed that her husband had not consulted her before bringing another woman into their home. In a heated phone call, Shiro accused her husband of abdicating responsibility and not considering her feelings.
As the argument escalated, Shiro burst into tears, saying, 'Do you know how hard it is to have your own children praise another woman without your knowledge?' Her husband tried to apologize, but Shiro was adamant that she did not want Lizzie in the house and did not trust her.
Just as the argument was reaching a boiling point, the husband's phone rang, and he had to take the call from his boss. He told Shiro that they would have to talk later, but it was clear that the issue was far from resolved.
