On June 25, 2020, Cristiano Ronaldo's sister Katia Aveiro shared a poignant childhood memory on social media, revealing that she was bitten by a rat in the house where she and her famous brother grew up.

According to Katia, the incident occurred when she was still a baby, and she credits her mother, Dolores, with saving her from potential serious injuries.

Sharing a photo of the old house, Katia reflected on the values her mother instilled in her, emphasizing the importance of solidarity.

As a mother herself, Katia has a 10-month-old daughter, Valentina, with her partner Alexandre Bertolucci.

The family has a close bond, as evident from their reunion in Madeira in March 2020, when their mother suffered a stroke.

Interestingly, the house where Katia grew up with her brothers Cristiano and Hugo and sister Elma has been demolished.
