On June 24th, 2020, Safaricom announced that its M-Pesa services would undergo a planned maintenance between 12am and 5am on Thursday.
The maintenance, which will affect all M-Pesa services including airtime purchase, is scheduled to take place between 0000 hrs and 0500 hrs on Thursday, June 25th, 2020.
According to Safaricom, the timing of the maintenance has been planned to minimize inconvenience to customers. The company apologized for any inconvenience that may be caused and thanked customers for their continued support.
