On June 24, 2020, Vivo officially launched its innovative selfie smartphone, V19, in Kenya.
The device boasts a dual punch-hole camera and Super AMOLED FHD+ Ultra O Screen design, offering users an exceptional mobile experience.
“Vivo is committed to innovating with the consumer in mind, and the V19 reflects our deep understanding of consumers’ needs,” said Arthur Xian, Vivo Kenya CEO.
The V19 features a 32MP main camera and an 8MP super wide-angle camera, allowing users to capture stunning selfies with a wide-angle view of up to 105 degrees.
The front camera also supports an Ultra-Stable Selfie Video feature, providing a new level of stability to wide-angle selfie videos.
“V19 is a trendsetting smartphone built to complement young consumers’ lifestyles,” added Arthur Xian.
The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core 712 processor and features 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM, ensuring fast performance and ample storage.
Additionally, the V19 boasts a 4500mAh battery with 33W Vivo FlashCharge 2.0 technology, enabling a 0 to 54 percent charge in just 30 minutes.
The V19 will be available for pre-order at Vivo outlets and will officially go on sale on July 2, 2020, priced at Ksh 40,999 in Gleam Black and Sleek Silver options.
