Beef tea is a popular dish in many parts of the world, and for good reason - it's easy to make and packed with flavor. In this article, we'll show you how to make a delicious beef tea using just a few ingredients and some basic cooking skills.
Here's what you'll need:
- 1 kilo of beef
- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1/2 cup of mixed vegetables (such as carrots, potatoes, and onions)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (optional)
First, let's start by preparing the ingredients. Chop the beef into small pieces and set it aside. In a blender, combine the mixed vegetables, garlic, and tomato paste. Blend until smooth.
Next, heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Add the blended vegetable mixture and cook for another 2 minutes.
Now it's time to add the beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
Season the beef tea with salt and black pepper to taste. If desired, add a tablespoon of soy sauce to give it a richer flavor.
Serve the beef tea hot, garnished with chopped fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy!
