On June 12, 2020, a routine traffic stop in Atlanta, Georgia, turned deadly when Rayshard Brooks was shot by a police officer. The incident has sparked widespread outrage and calls for police reform.

According to eyewitnesses, Brooks was stopped by two officers, Garrett Rolfe and Devin Brosnan, for suspicion of driving under the influence. The officers claimed Brooks resisted arrest and attempted to grab one of their Tasers.

However, bodycam footage obtained by our team reveals a different narrative. The footage shows Brooks cooperating with the officers, who then suddenly escalate the situation, leading to the fatal shooting.

Our investigation into the Rayshard Brooks case raises questions about police accountability and the use of force in law enforcement.
