It's been a long time coming, but former K24 TV anchor Betty Kyalo and her ex-husband Denis Okari have finally buried the hatchet. The pair, who were once embroiled in a bitter divorce, are now co-parenting their daughter Ivanna and have even put aside their differences to celebrate her sixth birthday.

On Sunday, the family came together to mark the special occasion, with Betty taking to her YouTube channel to share the joyous moments. The event was a heartwarming display of love and unity, with Denis even taking a knee to praise his little girl.

‘I’ll be the first man to go on my knees for you, before that boy comes. You are the most intelligent, the most smartest, the most beautiful, precious daughter anyone would have on this world. I pray for God’s blessings on your life and may you impact many more generations,’ Denis said, as he planted a kiss on Ivanna’s cheek.

Betty was visibly emotional during the celebration, and it's clear that the family has come a long way since their tumultuous past. In a recent interview with comedian Jalang'o, Betty revealed that she and Denis are doing great when it comes to raising Ivanna, and that everyone is on the same page, including Denis's new wife Naomi.

‘Right now I’ve grown so much…the person who used to be Betty two or three years ago is not the same person I am today. There are things that we came to realize are very important about our lives; that it’s not just always about us as adults,’ Betty said.

The family's love and unity are a testament to the power of forgiveness and co-parenting. It's clear that Betty, Denis, and Ivanna are all on the same page, and that they are committed to giving their daughter the love and support she deserves.
