Lebanon's economic collapse, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, has left many families struggling to make ends meet.

As a result, over 100 Ethiopian migrant workers have been abandoned outside their embassy in Beirut in recent days.

The country's currency has lost 70% of its value in the past six months, making it difficult for families to afford their domestic help.

The crisis has left many migrant workers, including those from Ethiopia, in a precarious situation.
