On Father's Day, celebrated across the globe on June 21, 2020, Kenyan singer and single mother of five Esther Akoth, popularly known as Akothee the Boss lady, took to social media to celebrate her favorite baby daddy, Papa Oyoo.
According to Akothee, Papa Oyoo is the only man who has ever been happy to see her succeed in life. She expressed her gratitude to him in a heartfelt post on Facebook, captioning a video with the words: 'When you have Akothee as a wife and a baby mama Papa Oyoo my Muse.Help me wish my everything Happy father’s day, the only man that I ever met and is happy to see me succed, Papa Oyoo is and was the beginning of my success, his support in my life is massive.'
Akothee also revealed that Papa Oyoo has been actively involved in co-parenting, not only for their son Oyoo but also for her other children. She described him as her 'best friend and my partner in Co-parenting, including the children that he didn’t give birth too. Papa Oyoo my Earthly Father.'
Despite having three different baby daddies who fathered her five children, Akothee chose to celebrate Papa Oyoo, the white man who fathered her son Oyoo.
