Woman, 32, Gives Birth in Toilet Without Knowing She Was Pregnant ¶
On December 5, 2019, Grace Meachin, a 32-year-old woman from Littlehampton, West Sussex in the UK, experienced a shocking surprise when she gave birth to a healthy baby girl in the toilet.
According to Meachin, she had no discernible bump, was taking her pill 'religiously' and still had periods, which led her to believe she was not pregnant.
Meachin's husband, James, was on the waiting list for a vasectomy at the time, making the surprise even more unexpected.
Meachin's 13-year-old son called an ambulance after she let out a scream and asked him to call for help, saying 'something was coming'. When paramedics arrived, mother and child were taken to the hospital, where they were both given a perfect bill of health and sent home.
The baby, named Sienna, was born on December 5, 2019, and the family is now adjusting to their new addition.
