On Father's Day, gospel artiste Betty Bayo surprised many with a heartfelt message to her ex-husband, Pastor Victor Kanyari, four years after their breakup.

The couple's separation was highly publicized after they were exposed for performing fake miracles.

Bayo expressed her gratitude to Kanyari for being a good co-parent, stating that he had never made her life miserable or stalked her since their separation.

She also commended Kanyari for being a responsible father to their children, saying that he had never worried her with violent or jealous behavior.

Bayo's message was filled with love and appreciation, as she acknowledged Kanyari's efforts in co-parenting and even offered to sing at his wedding.

'Happy Father's Day to the father of my kids,' Bayo wrote. 'You may not be a good husband, but you are a good dad. Thanks for accepting my decision to move on – it's been four years. Unlike many men, you have never stalked me or made my life miserably just because we parted ways. You've made co-parenting so easy and fun.'

Bayo also praised Kanyari for being a voice of reason, saying that whenever she and her partner would watch couples fighting on TV, he would call and condemn the action.

'You are the least of my worries,' Bayo wrote. 'Every time you watch couple killing each other on TV because of separation, you do call and condemn the action. One thing I promised you I will never teach my kid to disrespect you.'

Bayo ended her message with a heartfelt wish, saying that she would make sure their children pray for Kanyari every day and that he would be the best father they could have.

'You may not be the perfect dad, mine was the baddest,' Bayo wrote. 'I make sure they pray for you every day, God to keep you safe. They better have 310 guy as a father than none. The greatest gift I can offer on this Father's Day is to sing for free on your wedding.'
