Rose Githinji, affectionately known as Mama Mungai, has left a lasting legacy in the hearts of her loved ones. Born to a family of great faith, she accepted God's will with deep sorrow, as she passed on to glory on June 9th, 2020.
Her passing occurred at St. Joseph Hospital in Patterson, New Jersey, after suffering a stroke. The family is grateful for the care and support they received during this difficult time.
Mama Mungai is survived by her children, Charles Mungai Githinji, Gabriel Ng'anga Githinji, Michael Mwaura Githinji, Suzan Githinji, Peter Njuku Githinji, David Thiongo Githinji, and George Murugami of Baltimore.
