On Saturday, June 20, 2020, police in Kisii County made a shocking discovery at a residential house in Ogembo Town.
Thirty-eight teenagers, aged between 14 and 20 years old, were arrested for allegedly engaging in a sex party and consuming illicit liquor.
Of the 38 suspects, 34 were male and four were female.
During the raid, police found 14 used condoms and rolls of bhang at the scene.
According to Kisii County Police Commander Jebel Munene, all 38 suspects were taken into mandatory quarantine at Kisii High School.
