Unfortunately, two patients died, bringing the number of recorded fatalities to 121.

Of the new confirmed cases, 76 were male and 28 females, with the youngest being a 1-year-old and the oldest 76 years.

The distribution of new cases is as follows: Nairobi county (60 cases), Mombasa (33), Kilifi (5), Busia (3), Kajiado (2), and Taita Taveta (1).
