Published on June 20, 2020, a conversation on The Morning Kiss with Kamane and Kibe highlighted the changing dynamics of fashion sense among women.
According to Andrew Kibe, women have become complacent in their fashion choices, with no one taking the initiative to create and follow trending styles.
“Women should take time to look good. What happened to women creating fashion? In our days we had boys two men who gave us fashion sense. There is nothing women are doing in terms of fashion. Women are lazy! Men are visual and we notice when you’re lazy we can tell from the way you dress how your energy levels are” Kibe lamented
Kamene, however, took a more nuanced view, agreeing that fashion plays a significant role in how one is perceived, but also acknowledging that men are equally visual and can tell a lot about a person's energy levels from their appearance.
As the conversation highlighted, fashion is not just about looking good, but also about making a good impression and feeling confident in one's own skin.
