As a civil servant, accessing your payslips online can be a convenient way to manage your finances. Before you can access your online GHRIS payslip, you need to ensure that you meet the following requirements:

Steps to Follow ¶
Here are the steps to follow to access your GHRIS payslips online:
- Go to the GHRIS website at https://www.ghris.go.ke and log in using your personal number and password.
- Once you are logged in, click on the 'My records' tab and select 'My payslip' from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll through the list of available payslips and select the one you want to view.
- Click on the 'view payslip' option to view your payslip details.
- If you want to print your payslip, click on the 'print payslip' option.
Important Note ¶
When accessing your GHRIS payslips online, be aware that the browser may send you a warning message that says the connection is not private. To resolve this issue, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Advanced' button, then click to proceed to the GHRIS website.
Security Reminder ¶
Remember to keep your personal number and password secure and do not share them with anyone. Also, make sure to log out of your account from a public device to prevent unauthorized access to your payslip information.
