Published on June 19, 2020, Akothee's parenting style has always been a subject of interest. The mother of five has now shared the reason behind her decision to let her daughters drink alcohol with her.
According to Akothee, she wants to prevent men from using alcohol as a means to win her children's favors. She claims to have fallen into this trap in the past, drinking men's beer and then running away.
'I served alcohol to my own children so that no man will dangle a bottle of champagne on their faces and make it look like a very special drink to make one lower their panties. I used to drink men's beer and run away let it be free will if they mess up, it's me,' Akothee said.
Akothee has been vocal about her parenting skills, which include raising her children as a single parent after splitting with their fathers. She has three daughters from her previous marriage to a Kenyan man and two boys from her other relationships with foreigners.
