On a mission to bring international talent to Kenya, Kenyan RnB star Jacob Obunga, popularly known as Otile Brown, has expressed his desire to have American rapper Meek Mill perform in the country.
According to a post shared on his Instagram account, Otile Brown tasked a group of people with bringing Meek Mill to Kenya, stating that he is willing to fund the concert. He wrote, “When this pandemic is over @nrgradioke @ juma777999 @a1entke @joho_001 y’all bring @meekmill Meek Mill ntalipa. Blessed Sunday,”
Meek Mill, one of America’s most paid artistes, is an energetic performer who has also made a name for himself as an activist for criminal justice reform. His advocacy led to the formation of the REFORM Alliance Foundation with Hip Hop mogul JAY-Z.
Shaq the Youngin, who was also tagged on the post, commented under Otile Brown’s post, saying: “Let’s set it up @nrgradioke @otilebrown”.
