President Uhuru Kenyatta has been known to enjoy a cold beer, but few knew his favorite brand until recently.
During an interview with a British journalist, Katrina Manson, on June 17, the President revealed that he prefers Tusker beer.
When asked by Manson, "Do you want to ask one question from the audience, what is your favorite Tusker or White Cap?", the President smiled and replied, "It's Tusker... but don't tell Kenya Breweries that,"
Uhuru has been tight-lipped about his love for beer, especially during campaigns, but it's clear that he enjoys a good Tusker.
He even shared a story about how he and the late musician John Demathew would share a Tusker or two during their time together.
Demathew's passing was a significant loss for the country, and Uhuru's revelation has given fans a glimpse into the President's more personal side.
As the President continues to serve the country, it's clear that he knows how to unwind with a cold beer.
