On June 18, 2020, HMD Global announced the availability of the Nokia 5310 in Kenya, priced at Ksh 4999.

The Nokia 5310 is a feature phone designed for users at the lower market segment and those seeking an alternative to smartphones.

Building on the legacy of the Nokia 5310 XpressMusic launched in August 2007, the new Nokia 5310 features a refined design with easy-to-use buttons, smooth curves, and a comfortable grip.

The phone boasts a 2.4-inch QVGA display, powered by a MT6260A processor and running on Nokia Series 30+ OS. It comes with 8MB of RAM, 16MB of internal storage, and supports expandable storage up to 32GB via a microSD card.

The Nokia 5310 features a preloaded MP3 player and dual front-facing speakers for an immersive music experience. The in-built FM radio allows users to listen to their favorite radio stations without headphones.

The phone also includes dedicated music buttons for seamless music control and a removable 1200mAh battery that provides up to 22 days of battery life from a single charge.

When it comes to connectivity, the Nokia 5310 features a micro USB 1.1 port, a 3.5 mm audio jack, and Bluetooth 3.0. The device also includes a VGA camera with an LED flash and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Nokia 5310 is available in black and white colors and comes in a Dual-Sim variant with 8MB RAM/16MB of ROM, expandable storage up to 32GB via microSD card.
