Published on June 18, 2020, Akothee has never been one to shy away from sharing her life experiences, whether good or bad.

Recently, she posted a photo of herself having a drink with her daughters, which sparked criticism. However, Akothee's intention behind serving her daughters alcohol was not to encourage them to drink, but rather to protect them from potential exploitation by men.

According to Akothee, she wants her daughters to be aware of the intentions of men who might try to take advantage of them. She shared a personal anecdote from her past, revealing that she used to drink men's alcohol and run away. Now, she wants her children to be empowered and make their own decisions.

Akothee posted: 'I serve my own children alcohol so that no man will dangle a bottle of champagne on their faces and make it look like a very special drink to make one lower their panties. I used to drink men's beers and run away. Let it be free will if they mess up, it's me.'

While some critics expressed their disapproval, many fellow mothers agreed with Akothee's approach, but cautioned that this should only be done when their daughters turn 18 years old.
