On June 17, 2020, a fan reached out to Robert Alai, a blogger known for his outspoken views, in a bid to secure an internship opportunity. However, Alai's response was far from sympathetic.
According to a tweet shared by Alai, the fan, identified as Peter Ochieng, had previously clashed with the blogger. Despite this, Ochieng still decided to reach out to Alai, hoping to secure a connection that would help him land a job.
However, Alai's response was anything but helpful. In a tweet that has since gone viral, Alai wrote, 'When it was time for the campaigns, he didn’t even believe I had a brain but now he is lonely, hungry and desperate for any job. The gods he worshipped can’t provide him with any and so today it’s my turn to question if he has a brain.'
Alai's response has sparked a heated debate on social media, with many questioning whether he was right to reject the fan's plea for help.
