On a recent episode of The Morning Kiss, Andrew Kibe made headlines with his provocative comments about single women.
According to Kibe, women without men in their lives are miserable, and that men are the source of their joy.
He went on to say,
“Source of joy in women’s life is men. You women need us you’re just pretending. How many women have you been with? Zero. Women do not know what they want. You will start making noise that we are independent stop lying to yourself just accept, you need us. The whole anatomy was created for me, a man. Women are single and miserable and they are crying.”
Kibe's comments sparked outrage among female listeners, who called in to express their disagreement.
One caller, a single woman, stated,
“I am single and I am happy and satisfied. Men no longer give us 100 % joy”
Many women who called in were angered by Kibe's comments, which they saw as outdated and sexist.
However, some male callers supported Kibe's views, with one saying,
“I support Kibe. The reason is when God created a woman, she was created as a companion and so that is what she should offer to a man”
Kibe also cited the Bible as evidence that women need men to be complete, saying,
“No, matter how successful you are, or corporate you are, when you to bed at night, you will always need a man. Women need to know even from the Bible that women need a man to be complete”
