As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to affect the hospitality industry in Kenya, hotels have been forced to adapt to the new reality.

With social distancing regulations and Ministry of Health guidelines in place, many hotels have been forced to close their doors due to a significant decline in customers.

However, some hotels have found innovative ways to continue delivering their services to clients, including meal delivery kits.

Love & Meals, a company that specializes in home cooking, has been at the forefront of this innovation.

"Our aim is to offer a variety of meal kits with fresh and nutritious food ingredients and recipes to our customers so that they can prepare delicious meals and have fun with their loved ones at home," said Ayumi Yamamoto, Managing Director of Love & Meals.

The company's unique meal kits have been a hit with clients, who appreciate the convenience and value of having home-cooked meals delivered to their doorsteps.

As the company continues to grow, it is committed to ensuring the safety of its clients by sourcing fresh ingredients from established suppliers of organic foodstuffs.

"The meals are hygienically prepared and developed via our recipes and later delivered to the doorsteps of our growing clients," said Ms Yamamoto.

The company's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in its willingness to listen to feedback and improve its services.
