Published on June 15, 2020, Credit Bank PLC has appointed Jack Ngare as a new Non-Executive Director. Ngare currently heads Microsoft's research and Development Facility, Africa Development Centre.
With a strong background in digital banking, Ngare previously served as the Managing Director for Equity Bank's Finserve Africa, known for Equitel and Eazzy App. He also led the bank's innovations and technologies for two years as the General Manager.
Before joining Equity Group, Ngare held senior positions as the Head of Information Security and IT operations at the then NIC bank.
Ngare has a tech background with a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the University of Leicester. He also holds two Master's degrees from Harvard; one in Advanced Computer Science and another in Management.
