Dimension Data has announced plans to consolidate its operations in East Africa, aiming to improve efficiency and deliver better client experiences.
The company's subsidiaries, Internet Solutions (IS), Dimension Data, and Continuity East Africa (CEA), will be rebranded and operate under the Dimension Data East Africa banner by the end of this year.
According to Richard Hechle, Managing Director of Dimension Data East and West Africa, the consolidation will enable the company to unlock opportunities for greater innovation and give clients the power to build their futures using game-changing technology.
“Bringing all our people and operating companies together will allow us to effectively and efficiently execute our go-to-market strategy and enable our clients' success in a digital-first world,” Hechle said.
Hechle reassured clients that Dimension Data will continue to deliver services seamlessly and efficiently even as the company works through the integration process.
As part of the reorganization, the company is focusing on five go-to-market areas: Intelligent Infrastructure, Intelligent Workplace & Customer Experience, Intelligent Business Applications, Intelligent Innovation, and Intelligent Security.
“We're very excited about the future and are committed to bringing these changes online quickly,” Hechle said.
