On Fridays nights, many Kenyans were entertained by Xtian Dela's Club COVID show, which became an internet sensation after launching an IG show to raise money for struggling video vixens and dancers who lost their jobs due to the pandemic.
Speaking to Jalang'o Mwenyewe, Xtian Dela revealed that his intentions were clear, but he never imagined the show would blow up internationally.
According to Xtian Dela, the first time he started the show, he did not think it would be this huge. He said, 'I kid you not, the first time I started I did not think it was going to be this huge. Mimi nilianzisha show nikaambia watu, okay guys I have these talented guys over here so whatever you want to send them just send.'
When asked by Jalang'o to reveal how much was made during the Club COVID event, Xtian Dela opened up, saying, 'So far we have raised a total of Sh5,875,602 and we have paid 576 young talented people.'
