On Sunday, June 14, 2020, former Kakamega senator Boni Khalwale found himself at the receiving end of a Twitter user's criticism over his frequent profile picture changes.
Sheryl Anyango had taken to Twitter to express her frustration with Khalwale's behavior, saying, "You change your profile more times than you wash utensils in Sugoi omwami," in a tweet that seemed to rattle the vocal senator.
However, Khalwale was not one to take the criticism lying down. He responded with a savage comeback that left his followers cheering and Sheryl Anyango seemingly speechless.
"Bullfighter: 1, Slayqueen: 0, Ref waves play on," tweeted Peter, one of Khalwale's followers, in response to the senator's comeback.
Others also weighed in on the exchange, with some praising Khalwale's response and others calling out Sheryl Anyango for disrespecting her elders.
