On June 13, 2020, a Kenya Police chopper crashed in Meru county, leaving the status of its occupants uncertain.
According to Meru Police boss Patrick Lumumba, the injured passengers were rushed to hospital after the chopper developed mechanical problems.
The ill-fated police chopper was on its way to Marsabit, carrying security officers.
