Published on June 13, 2020, this sirloin steak recipe is a game-changer for any meat lover. With just a few ingredients and simple steps, you can create a delicious and tender sirloin steak with roasted garlic.

Start by marinating the sirloin steak with black pepper, salt, whole garlic cloves, and juice from one slice of pineapple. Let it stay in the marinade for about 15 minutes. Then, pan-sear the steak in a hot pan with oil for about two minutes on each side or until brown.

Continue pan-searing the rest of the steak slices, ensuring you cook the garlic cloves from the marinade as well. Once cooked, place the steak and cloves on a baking tray or casserole and finish off in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes to ensure the steak is cooked through and to release extra juices for a gorgeous gravy to baste the steak.

Finally, enjoy your juicy steak, garnished with roasted garlic cloves and served with a side salad of shredded cabbage and grated carrots.
