Published on June 13, 2020, Bandari FC coach Ken Odhiambo is facing a challenge with his team's foreign players. The coronavirus pandemic has led to travel restrictions that are complicating his programmes.

Three of his players, Burundian goalkeeper Justin Ndikumana and Ugandan duo Fred Nkata and William Wardi, are still held up in their motherlands. Odhiambo is relying on WhatsApp to monitor their progress and ensure they are responding well to training.

"I have been monitoring all the players through WhatsApp and hope all are responding well to training," said Odhiambo.

Additionally, Odhiambo has to contend with three injured players - Wycliffe Ochomo, Mustafa Oduor, and Moses Mudavadi. He expressed hope that the players will start training soon.
