Milly Chebby's Emotional Ordeal ¶
On April 5, 2019, Kenyan TV personality Milly Chebby's world was turned upside down when her newborn daughter, Milla Netai, was scheduled for surgery at 2:30 pm. However, the little girl was not fed from 7 am that morning, and by the time she was wheeled into the theater at 7 pm, she had gone 24 hours without food.
As Milly waited anxiously for the surgery to begin, she couldn't help but feel a sense of numbness and hopelessness. In a heart-wrenching Instagram post, she wrote: 'At this time, I was numb waiting for @millanetai to be wheeled to the theater, my baby had not eaten all day. She had been crying coz of njaa her last feed was at 7 am and this was 2 pm she had been booked for 2:30 pm. But she was wheeled to theater at 7 pm as in the only thing that was keeping me was hope.'
Despite the challenges, baby Milla emerged victorious, and her mother is forever grateful for the miracle that saved her life. In a subsequent post, Milly wrote: 'THANK YOU GOD FOR PRESERVING MY BABY I WILL BRING HER UP IN YOUR WAYS….GLORY TO GOD.'
Today, Milly looks back on that fateful day with a sense of awe and gratitude, thanking God for delivering her baby as a miracle in her life. Her daughter, Milla Netai, is now all grown and has never had any complications since her surgery.
