Published on June 12, 2020, Sauti Sol's Savara Mudigi has made a significant change in his lifestyle - he is now a vegetarian.

During an interview with comedian Jalang'o, Savara explained that he decided to adopt a vegetarian diet as part of his wellness journey.

"To be sincere, being physically fit is not just about having huge muscles. I decided to have a mind shift and become a vegetarian," Savara said.

He emphasized that his decision was not just about protein intake, but about adopting a lifestyle that prioritizes wellness.

"I was consuming a lot of protein, but I still need to get the same nutrients. I'm still on that journey of fitting my diet," Savara added.

His drastic weight loss has not gone unnoticed, with his fans and even his family members shocked by the transformation.

As an artiste, Savara believes that being physically fit is essential for his line of work, which requires numerous shows and performances.

"When you're on the road, you have to do 15 shows in America, and it's not easy. You have to be physically fit to perform three consecutive shows and then have a rest day," he explained.
