Published on June 10, 2020, Bien Aime Jacobs, popularly known as Bien, the lead vocalist of the Kenyan band Sauti Sol, has revealed that he chose not to share his wedding photos on social media due to fear of negative comments.

Speaking in an interview with Radio Jambo's Massawe Japanni, Bien explained that he and his wife Chiki had a private wedding at the Attorney General's office, followed by a vintage-themed reception party at a secret location.

'I didn't want to share my wedding photos on social media because I didn't want to deal with negative comments,' Bien said.

He added that he is a person who gets easily angered and didn't want to respond to haters.

'I'm a person who catches feelings quickly, I don't want to engage with people who are going to insult me or my wife,' Bien explained.

He also stated that part of his life is private and that people on social media will never see the photos.

'Hakuna picha wataona,' Bien said.
