June 9, 2020, marked the end of a friendship between two prominent Kenyan musicians, Bahati and Harmonize. The controversy began when Bahati took to social media to express his disappointment with Harmonize's behavior, calling him selfish and ungrateful towards his former boss, Diamond Platnumz.

Bahati's post, which has gone viral, included a direct quote from Harmonize's former boss, Diamond Platnumz, where he said, 'I Believe your Boss is not a Perfect Man; Ata Mimi amenikosea, Aliwachana na Sister Wa Mine but Sahi Niko Kwa Maombi Warudiane.' Bahati went on to say that Harmonize's mistakes cannot be compared to the kindness of Diamond Platnumz, who helped him rise to fame.

Harmonize, who is currently running his own music label, Konde Gang, seemed to take Bahati's post to heart and unfollowed him on social media. Bahati, feeling hurt by the move, responded with a bitter post of his own, calling Harmonize a coward and accusing him of being unable to swallow the truth.

It remains to be seen whether the two musicians will reconcile their differences and continue their friendship. For now, it seems that the friendship between Bahati and Harmonize has come to an end.
