As Covid-19 continues to impact physical gatherings, Schneider Electric has joined the growing list of companies opting for virtual meetings and conferences.

On June 10, the company will host its latest Innovation Day event, featuring a lineup of both local and international speakers. The event, titled 'Innovation Day: Resilient Digital Transformation', aims to drive conversations about innovation and transformation in the IT, OT, and Data Centre industries.

According to Schneider Electric, the event will feature keynote speeches from industry trailblazers, including Omar Hatamleh, Technical Integration Manager at Nasa, Daniel Joe-Jimenez, AVP at IDC, and Schneider's own Pankaj Sharma, EVP of Secure Power. The speakers will share their insights on topics such as the future of innovation, building a digitally resilient enterprise, and powering and digitising data centers.

Edouard Heripret, General Manager East Africa at Schneider Electric, said, "We are thrilled to have speakers join us from our regional and international teams, technology alliance partners such as DELL and HPE, as well as global analyst powerhouses IDC and Canalys." He added, "Our mission is to help drive conversations about innovation and how we can work collectively to transform the industries which power us both locally and globally."
