On Monday, HF Group marked a significant milestone in the development of Nairobi's Clay City, a Ksh700m project that has seen the completion of the first phase, consisting of 80 three-bedroom apartments along Thika Super Highway.
Launched in 2018, the project was undertaken in a joint venture with Clay Works Limited, which owns the land, while HF Group fully financed the development.
According to HF Group CEO Robert Kibaara, the company dedicated significant time and resources to ensure that the project met the needs of its homebuyers. 'The setting of Clay City is perfect for homebuyers who want the serenity, convenience, and amenities they've dedicated their lives and hard-earned income to achieve,' he said.
Despite the slowdown in the real estate market in recent years, HF Group has implemented aggressive marketing strategies, including the Shika Nyumba property sales campaign, to drive the uptake of Clay City and other housing developments under its portfolio.
The three-bedroom apartments, priced from Ksh8.6 million, come with separate dining areas, spacious en-suite master bedrooms, and provision for solar water heating systems.
Residents of Clay City will also enjoy ample green landscaped areas, children's play areas, solar-powered security streetlights, and a secure boundary wall with electric fencing.
HF Group has a strong legacy of over 55 years in property development and finance, having empowered more than 9,000 households to own property.
