Your Data Is Safe: Mandera County Government Under Ali Roba Is A Joke

How can our data be safe even from the lowest of hackers if this is what the government thinks of us, Kenyans.

First, it was the hurried Huduma Namaba Registration which was nothing more than a tenderpreneur dream come true, and now Mandera County Government.

They advertised for data entry clerks vacancy to digitize the records and one of the requirements is that the clerks must come with his/her laptop. How on earth can someone use his laptop for government work? This is very shameful and should be brought to the attention of the Interior Cabinet secretary Fred Matiang'i. Is corruption  the only department that is working in this government?
