Story · WORD THAT MOI AND KIBAKI HAVE BEEN BLACKLISTED FROM MEETING OBAMA

There is a rumor doing the rounds that Moi and Kibaki have been blacklisted from Meeting Obama.

Moi’s name has  featured among those who have been barred from meeting Obama. Under normal circumstances, former heads of state are usually accorded top priority to meet a visiting head of state. According to the US, corruption was Moi government’s surname that the IMF and World Bank stopped lending to Kenya.

Also, those the US has listed as human rights abusers from the Daniel Moi regime through Mwai Kibaki to Uhuru have been blacklisted. Both Moi and Kibaki were bosses of Barack Hussein Obama Senior when Moi was VP and later president and Kibaki Finance minister at Treasury where Obama Senior worked. A story is told of how then Finance minister Kibaki one day while being driven to lunch saw Obama Senior in a bad state on the streets and had him called whereupon they went for lunch and later to Kibaki’s office where Kibaki reinstated to work the whizkid economist. According to Obama while he was addressing an audience at University of Nairobi’s Taifa Hall when he came to Kenya as senator in 2006, his father had been frustrated to alcoholism and death by the government that denied him a job. Those who knew Obama Senior say he became marked man when he started complaining loudly about the assassination of his mentor Tom Mboya who had taken him and hundreds of bright young Kenyans to America for studies. He became disillusioned and went down the drain irredeemably until he met his death in a late night road accident as he drove from a bar in 1982. What coincidence the man Obama Senior accused of killing Mboya is the father of Kenya’s president today?
