Even after a Nairobi court handed Judy Mwelu Mutinda, an employee of the Kenya Revenue Authority her freedom, many questions still linger in the air as to what that might have happened.
The 40-year-old man allegedly died while engaging in the act with her. It is said that he passed on while making love with the woman in one of the apartments in the Kilimani area, Nairobi county. The apartments are owned by the deceased. But according to her testimony, the man stayed on top of her for more than 40 minutes and that is when she started wondering what was happening.
“Upon a brief interrogation, the respondent herein (Judy) admitted that they checked in the apartment on February 28th 2022 at 1700hrs and while having sex with the deceased he started producing a whizzing sound then he alighted from the bed, sat on the floor next to the bed while gasping for air,” the application filed in court read in part. The relationship reportedly started in December last year 2020 according to her testimony.
The woman had been promised a car and other goodies but she has four other "sponsors" and it is her core business.

She will appear in Court on 14 th March when the case will be mentioned for further directions .
