Windsor Golf Hotel and Country Club exposed for non-payment of dues

Dear Cyprian Nyakundi Team,

I’m writing on behalf of my Husband, Vijay Krishnan.

He was selected as General Manager for Windsor Golf Hotel and Country Club by the Chairman and Board of Directors through HVS Executive Search Firm Dubai Office & joined the organization in November 2017.

After a successful two year stint, the pandemic hit Nairobi, Kenya & I was declared redundant by the Executive Director - Francis Michuki

They never paid salary from February 2020 to July 2022 as well as other benefits even to the fact that we had to make our own arrangements to fly back to India in the peak of the pandemic.

In spite of sending two demand letters by our designated, and other conversations over the phone they have just paid us 1 instalment last year. It is with a very heavy heart that we are writing to you, we trusted them like family and that’s what we got in return. Now we have no choice but to file a case or show the world their true colours.

We also lost our full household container, a shipping company called Dove Movers (they are the same company who delivered our household goods which landed in Mombasa, to our house in Nairobi) we trusted them and paid them to ship our household goods back to India. Knowing that we have no support from our employer in Kenya, they also cheated us. Took money from us and never paid the shipping company till  to date. The person’s name is Cupid Ambuka and their office is in Westlands.
