WHY NCIC IS A MORIBUND BODY PACKED WITH POLITICAL REJECTS

I said this many years ago, The NCIC is packed with political rejects who will never get rid of hatespeech and deal with hate mongers  . NCIC has been targeting Bloggers and social media users instead of going after the Big Fish who have threatened our peace . The Big Boys and Politicians have been inciting without consequences.

In what looks like protecting the monied, NCIC  forced Moses Kuria to apologize for some hatespeech remarks he made . The MP, knowing that there are no consequences,  has been inciting  in what looks like a complete mockery to Kenyans and our laws .

On Friday,  Commission chairman Francis ole Kaparo expressed concern that the institutions were violating the constitution by not promoting ethnic balance and engendering dominance of these institutions by some tribes. "Tribalism in the education sector is widespread. Most of the universities are dominated by one or two communities a problem that needs to be corrected immediately before the standards are lowered," said Kaparo.

The question is " Why did it take Ole Kaparo  this long to know this ? We have been making noise about University of Eldoret where non-locals were once evicted . The clashes led to the closure of the campus which used to be Moi University affiliate College .

It is alleged that students from local community dont want  other communities . We also had a similar case at Moi University and the University was closed down, this is happening 50 Years after independence . It seems the Ministry of Education is not ready to deal with the Real issue . A University like UOE is Sick

Up to now, NCIC fellas are still threatening to take action . They dont believe the situation has run out of hand when a Campus is closed down due to incitement and tribal clashes . Why ?
