Please post this I need to share it to Kenyans
I have an issue with a Taxify driver. I have been using my card to pay for rides but today I used cash payment to get home from work so I checked the price ranged from Ksh. 250- Ksh. 300.
That is from Securex HQ to Ngumba estate. So I ordered one and used cash instead of my card to pay.
The ride was average until I got to my destination when we checked the price. The guy took a phone from his pocket and showed me the total cost.
Imagine it came to 500bob. I was shocked but I decided to pay because I was so tired but when I got home I noticed the guy had earlier started the ride before he picked me up.
I don't want to leave this because I don't want it to happen to another person. I am normally given 1500 per week as transport but will it be sufficient if encounter such situations?
