Who Authorised These Police Posts?

Something needs to be brought to the limelight.

There's this OCPD in Isiolo Mr Moses Owiti who has opened/started several police posts, i.e. Loluko and Mlango which are not authorised through the gazzette notices.

The two posts are also not adequately reinforced with manpower making it risky for the police officers who serve there.

Please let it reach the authorities so that this can be addressed quickly. The officers need to be provided with the necessary equipments and housing.

Currently, the personnel reside in tents.
