"We Don't Know His Current Condition" — Family Cries Out After Man Was Attacked Inside Police Cell

Viewer Discretion Advised: An anonymous source who claims that someone purportedly attacked the male person who appears in the undated footage inside a police cell in Garissa County forwarded the chilling video to this blog.

A Facebook user who uploaded the video claims that suspected law enforcement officers perpetrated the crime with blessings from the top hierarchy led by area OCS and OC Crime. The victim, who is reportedly a former police officer, made multiple requests for medical attention, which fell on deaf ears. "Hi Nyakundi, We went to the same primary school back in the village with this guy. He is an ex-Administration Police officer and has worked in Garissa before he was dismissed for reasons unknown to the public. Can you please use your audience to help us know how he is doing because I have phoned some people from the village and nobody knows his current condition. Kindly, do something," the source writes.
