Wahu In Trouble

[ad_1] Gospel musician Rosemary Wahu Kagwi commonly popularly as Wahu has been charged at a Nairobi court with dangerous overtaking and driving without a valid driver’s license.

She is also facing a charge of causing obstruction.

On Thursday, the court heard that the popular musician was engaged in the offenses on Ring Road in Kileleshwa, Nairobi on November 21.

She is said to have been driving a Mercedes Benz 440L without a valid driver’s license contrary to the law.

In a different count, Wahu is said to have dangerously overtaken several vehicles while driving the Mercedes.

Wahu is said to have obstructed other road users by positioning her vehicle on the pathway of other motorists.

Appearing before Magistrate Elector Riani, Wahu pleaded not guilty to all the charges preferred against her and was released on a cash bail of Sh15, 000. [ad_2] Source link
