[VIDEO] “William Ruto Is Unsuitable For The Presidency” — Martha Karua

Former Gichugu Member of Parliament Martha Karua has once again publicly declared her opposition to a William Ruto presidency.

While speaking on Ebru TV, Karua was asked to choose between Raila Odinga and William Ruto which she unhesitantly responded to and said she would definitely choose Raila Odinga.

She further went on to add that she was completely against William Ruto because she feels he is “completely unsuitable” for the top seat.

William Ruto's name has been at the centrestage of Kenyan politics with a huge majority of Kenyans openly admitting that they are against his presidential bid due to his numerous corruption scandals.

Recently, while appearing on an interview on the British Broadcasting Corporation, Ruto accepted the fact the controversial land Weston Hotel sits on was illegally acquired. He, however, went on to defend himself and said that if anyone is to be blamed, then it should be the original owner of the land, who sold it to him.

When the interviewer, a tough Stephen Sackur attempted to ask him about his wealth and networth, Ruto kept on trying to dodge the question and dropped his usual line “the information is in the public domain” and that Sackur should have done his homework before conducting the interview.

One cannot tell whether Martha's remarks on Ruto are from a moral point of view or she simply has a grudge with the Sugoi man but whatever the case is, Kenyan politics have constantly showed us that there are indeed no permanent enemies in the game, just people with different interests and this might be one of those instances.
