A video doing rounds on social media has exposed tricks through which traders from various markets and streets across Africa swindle unsuspecting buyers.
The video originally from Nigeria sparked heavy reactions across the continent with hundreds of thousands finding the situation totally relatable.
In Kenya, stories of con artistes from streets like Riveroad — infamous for the sale of counterfeit goods — pouncing on unwary customers are very rampant with local authorities doing little or nothing about it.
